    Schedule Your Pickup

    Once you’re ready to start, we’ll match you with our service day for your area. We’ll confirm your pickup and delivery schedule so you know exactly when to expect us each week—no guessing or coordination headaches.

    Step 3
    We wash and fold

    Your items are carefully cleaned, sanitized, and folded by our professional team. We use high-quality detergents and eco-friendly methods to ensure everything comes back fresh and ready to use.

    Step 4
    delivery right to you

    We return your laundry promptly—clean, soft, and perfectly folded. Consistent turnaround times mean you always have what you need on hand.

Our team is dedicated to helping your business run smoothly—so your towels, linens, and uniforms are always fresh, clean, and ready when you need them.

    What is your service area? 

    We deliver in the Chicago and surrounding Chicagoland area. We deliver to homes or businesses with any Chicago zip code and more. View THIS MAP to see our general delivery range. Some areas within our deliver range may incur an $8/week additional delivery fee until more businesses join that area. We may also be willing to go outside our regular delivery range for an additional fee as well. If you are wondering whether we deliver to your area, contact us and we will let you know!

    How often are exchanges? 

    Typically exchanges happen on a weekly basis, with your day assigned based on location. However, we are open to exchanging more than once per week depending on your business’s needs.

    Do you provide laundry bags? 

    Yes – we provide and require the use of our hospital-grade, waterproof, odor-proof bags for you to store soiled items in. These bags are also used to send your clean items in. If you need more than one bag per week, let us know. 

    How does billing work? 

    We request all accounts put a card on file for automatic payments. From there, we charge on the first Monday of each month for the previous month of service. For example, all services provided for in January will be charged on the first Monday in February. There is no minimum period or contract, but we do request 2 weeks notice before cancelling services.
